From February to July 2022, the Massachusetts Sexual and Reproductive Health Training Center offered a learning collaborative for SRHP providers on implementing trauma-informed, resilience-oriented equity practices within the context of an SRH agency. Twelve agencies that are part of the Sexual & Reproductive Health Program participated in group learning sessions structured for SRH providers to participate virtually with the intention of leveraging the collective groups’ experience and knowledge in a series of discussions that would lead to organizational change
