TA Services

The MA SRH Training Center provides technical assistance (TA) and training to enhance the knowledge and skills of staff in Massachusetts sexual and reproductive health (SRH) agencies to provide high-quality, client-centered care.

The TA provided by the Training Center focuses on issues such as nationally recognized standards of care, promising practices, clinical skills, assessment, and implementing quality improvement measures. Our TA is rooted in racial equity, a reproductive justice framework, and the MDPH Sexual and Reproductive Health Program Standards.

The Training Center is housed at John Snow Research & Training Institute, Inc. (JSI), where we also manage the Office of Population Affairs-funded Reproductive Health National Training Center (RHNTC).

Our TA providers are drawn from a large pool of experts, including the JSI Training Center team, other JSI staff, and external consultants. As a result of our extensive network of consultants, we are able to deliver customized TA to meet the needs of diverse organizations.

Due to COVID-19 concerns, the Training Center’s TA services are provided remotely for the time being. We will continue to monitor the pandemic to assess when it is safe to hold in-person meetings with SRH provider agencies.

If you are a Massachusetts SRH provider, have an account on this website, and are interested in receiving TA services from the Training Center, please log in to your account and complete the TA Request form.
